Mall Road Access Regulations
In accordance with local government regulations, vehicular access to Mall Road is restricted. We request you to kindly take note of the following guidelines to ensure a seamless arrival experience:
Private vehicles are not permitted on Mall Road from 4 pm and 10:30 pm. We recommend planning your arrival prior to this window.
Commercial vehicles (yellow number plates) are prohibited on Mall Road at all times.
The guests travelling by Commercial Vehicle can get a drop-off at the Mall Road entrance (100 metres from the hotel) and avail (if required) the Porter Services operated by the local union for assistance with luggage. Hotels are not permitted to transport luggage through the Mall Road, as an endeavour to support the locals.
